- The Emack & Bolio's Open Mike Night is back up and running again!  We kicked off this season with the incredible Dave Coffin as a featured performer, lots of "thanks for weathering the winter shutdown" gifts were given out, the board was full, and everyone had a great time!  I can't tell you how much it means to me to have such great support for this night, and would like to thank everyone personally for coming out last night.  Come back soon! 

- My CD Lust Love Lost is back to #5 on the OutVoice Top 40 chart for January, which is great news because it means that you fans out there continue to vote for it!  The even better news is that overall for 2007, it was #7!  Thanks to everyone who voted for my music - this is a great resource to find new music as well! Hint: click the OutVoice link above to vote for my CD (and others you like), and let's see how far up the chart we can get it to go!

- I've recently been in touch with the folks at G7th, makers of the most incredible capo in the world.  I love the original G7th capo, but I've also been playing around with the new Nashville style, as well as their banjo capo.  The Nashville is so easy to use, and even keeps my Taylor T5 in tune whereas some other spring loaded capos did not.  The banjo capo is fun to use and makes alternate tunings incredibly interesting.  Perhaps I can convince them to sponsor me - maybe I can get a few free capos out of them!
